Woodlands Real Estate Listings

The Woodlands real estate market saw most of its growth in the period from 1961 to 1980, when half of the area’s private dwellings were built. In the decade following, from 1981 to 1990, Woodlands real estate remained in high demand, which spurred another phase of major growth that accounts for roughly a third of the current dwellings in Woodlands, Calgary.
