They loved the easy access to the mountains via HWY 1 and the easy access to downtown via bike paths, car or C-Train. They loved the open living area with a cozy feature fireplace and SE turret window area that is the perfect sunny spot for your plants as well as to sit and enjoy a good book. They loved the functional island kitchen layout with easy access to the back deck for enjoying BBQ's or just relaxing. Upstairs they loved that the master bedroom had an ensuite, that the main bath was very spacious, that the hallway shelf/storage unit was so handy for working on all sorts of projects and that the open area was perfect for setting up a home office (which they really loved in 2020). They loved that the tandem double garage has tons of storage and work space and that the temperature rarely got below freezing in the winter due to how it was built into the side of the hill.
